Month-to-Month EFT Individual Gym Membership
A Month-to-Month membership is $24.95 and has no expiration. It automatically renews itself each month and is cancellable with 30 days written notice. You will pay a $49.95 Start-up fee today when you sign up, as well as a prorated amount (it is calculated and displayed in the check-out process) so you will be "paid-in-full" until your first monthly EFT payment of $24.95 is processed through the credit card/checking account you provide us with. This membership can be "Frozen" for a period of no more than 6 Months. Your monthly payment will be reduced to $7.00 and you will not be able to access the gym while the membership is "Frozen".
